    How does the service work?

    We arrive on your scheduled date and use high-pressure, eco-friendly cleaning equipment to wash, sanitize, and deodorize your trash and recycling bins curbside. The entire process takes just a few minutes per bin.

    Do I need to be home during the service?

    Nope! Just make sure your bins are empty and curbside by 8:00 AM on your service day. We'll handle the rest.

    Yes! We operate in light to moderate rain. However, in extreme weather or flooding, we may reschedule and notify you by email or text.

    How do I cancel or reschedule a service?

    • clean bins with live animals, hazardous waste, or overflowing trash.
    • maggot infestations without pre-cleaning (please rinse first)
    • Repair or replace damaged bins

    Do you offer anything after cleaning?

    Yes! We finish each service with a fresh-scented deodorizer so your bins smell as clean as they look. We also leave a “Serviced by Trash Can Bandits” tag on your bin or doorstep.
